Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 

1. How is the shipping arranged?
Delivery is included and will be arranged with the buyer once the item is confirmed. We'll coordinate a convenient time and location for delivery.

2. Will there be local certification?
Some jade pieces come with local certification. If a piece does not include certification, you may opt for a local gemological certification at your own cost.

3. What if the item is not certified as Type A Jadeite after I opt for certification?
We guarantee the authenticity of our jade. If the jade is proven not to be Type A by a certified gemologist, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of the certification test.
